Shinji Ogishima is a rising automotive journalist who aspires to revive the tuning magazine, GT Cars, in the modern era. While doing so, he encounters Nob Setoguchi. A young street racing rascal driving an FD RX-7. Who, despite being good behind the wheel, doesn\'t know anything technical about cars, driving, or journalism. And so Nob begins his journey as a budding car enthusiast with the revived GT Cars.
